Details:
Capacity is 40 people as per Fire Regulations
- Large Boardroom Rental is $30.00 per hour
- Damange deposit is $100.00
- Damage Deposit is required prior to confirmation of booking
- If booking is for a not for profit, a copy of Incorporation Documents will be required.
- Governtment issued ID will be required to complete confirmation of booking
- Conference Tables, Conference moulded chairs with coasters (40)
- Projector & Screen, and laptop power connection available
- Room must be left clean and the windows must be closed upon leaving.
- Disinfection of the large boardroom is mandatory after use
- Your garbage must be properly removed from the building into the green bin outside.
